Reports to: Operations Director

Responsibilities:

Transport all Crossroads Indoor equipment to and from venues in a safe and timely manner.
Expected to be present for all scheduled rehearsals.
Work with Ensemble Directors for prop design and construction.
Maintenance and upkeep of the truck, trailer, and all assets owned by Crossroads.

Qualifications and Skills:

Existing CDL preferred but not required - Crossroads can offer tuition support for earning a CDL.
Experience with auto/truck/trailer maintenance and a general understanding of percussion equipment assembly.
Able to provide own construction tools as necessary.
Reliable and great at communicating/escalating challenges and concerns.

Anticipated commitment: 6-8 weekends/season, 4-6 hours/weekend
