Crossroads Indoor is committed to providing our membership with a safe and sustainable environment. To continue the growth of our members and organization, we are seeking administrative help across various roles in our ensembles - please review the specific openings below.
All roles must be able to pass a background check and complete SafeSport training. These roles are suitable for people looking to contribute primarily as volunteers, with much of the administrative work happening during the week. Compensation is offered based on role, experience, and the organization’s budget. Some travel throughout Iowa, Nebraska, and Minnesota is expected; efforts are made to provide housing to staff on the weekends.
